15-min Virtual Consult – Our 15-min virtual consultation is what we call the “Client Deep Dive.” During this time we’ll discuss your ambitions, must-haves, budget, and timeline. We’ll also look at your design inspiration boards, which helps us understand your personal style and aesthetic and level of involvement required from us for your project. If we are a good match we’ll move forward by booking a 1-hr virtual or 2-hr in person consultation.

1-hr Virtual Consult – A virtual design consultation is ideal for clients who would like guidance on architecture, floor plan layout, styling, paint color and lighting selection, exterior design, etc.

2-hr In-Person Consult – For the 2-hr in person consultation we’ll come in person to see your space, review 1 preliminary moodboard for one room and acquire pictures and measurements where needed. While we are at your space, we will make suggestions on space planning, needed renovations, etc. Once the 2-hr consultation is complete, contract is signed and 50% deposit is paid, we move on to the next step, the design phase.

Once the 50% deposit has been paid, you gain access to a client portal where you are able to see the designs in “real time”. We complete conceptual design board(s) for each room and provide up to 2 revisions per design board (number dependent on package purchased). Any changes made are implemented in the design plan and can be accessed in the client portal. Once final design is approved, discounted quotes are sourced for the items that we can add savings value to compared to retail.  Purchase lists and budgets are compiled and sent to client for approval, after which, 40% of design fee is then due.

Once client approves the design, we have material samples sent directly to you to feel and visualize in your space. If you choose to have your space 3D rendered, you will also have access to this in your client portal with the selected finishes. During the execution phase, we also purchase and track all materials and items approved by you. If the project management package is selected, we handle, coordinate, and supervise the project alongside the contractor to make sure the design is executed as intended, deadlines are met and solutions are quickly formulated if an unexpected event or change occurs. Having us handle this portion exclusively, allows you to relax, while having the confidence that your pre-approved design concept comes to life and meets your expectations. Once purchased items are delivered, and all final package requirements are met, the remaining 10% of the design fee is due.

If you chose the “Design for a Day” package, we will come to your space to polish it to perfection! During this time, we will assemble + stage the furniture, style the accessories, organize and clean your space, as well as dispose of all waste packaging. If hanging TVs, minor repairs, replacing existing faucets or fixtures is required, we will have a handyman on-site to assist.
